Warm up

5 minutes: Jog, incline walk, bike etc.

Round 1

  • Weighted Bulgarian split lunge x30 Screen Shot 2016-02-18 at 7.05.21 AM

  • Bosu hops (jump over the bosu) x 20

  • Ball Push-ups x 15

  • V-ups/hanging leg raises x 10


Round 2

  • Walking weighted lunges x30

  • Mountain climbers x20

  • Ball slams x15

  • Stir the pot on ball x10


Round 3

  • Glute Bridge x30

  • Jumping split lunge x20

  • Glute Rainbows x15

  • Frog Jumps x10


Round 4

  • Ball leg curl x20

  • Kickbacks x20

  • Tuck jumps x10


Cool Down and Stretch
