Warm up
5 minutes: Jog, incline walk, bike etc.
Round 1
- Weighted Bulgarian split lunge x30
- Bosu hops (jump over the bosu) x 20
- Ball Push-ups x 15
- V-ups/hanging leg raises x 10
Round 2
- Walking weighted lunges x30
- Mountain climbers x20
- Ball slams x15
- Stir the pot on ball x10
Round 3
- Glute Bridge x30
- Jumping split lunge x20
- Glute Rainbows x15
- Frog Jumps x10
Round 4
- Ball leg curl x20
- Kickbacks x20
- Tuck jumps x10
