What steps did you have to do during your 12 week transformation to change your lifestyle? I think the biggest thing for me was having a meal plan laid out for me. It takes away the guess work, it allows me to plan for my week and to have some structure. I made myself a priority! I made sure that I made the time to get to the gym, to meal prep, to grocery shop. I have always been one to put other people before myself but I was determined to meet my goals.

What was your goal for the transformation? Overall, my goal was to decrease my body fat and lose weight.

 How did you feel during the 3 phases? I felt great throughout the entire process, obviously there were days that I struggled and I work in a high stress job which didn’t help when I was faced with temptations!

 What was the best part of the process? Seeing the results and the accountability. It was nice to know that you were getting a program that was specific to you and your goals. I also would encourage everyone to take progress photos, sometimes the scale is discouraging and it is so rewarding to look back and see how far you've come.

 What was your least favorite part of the transformation? My willpower! This is something that I am working on daily. I struggle with not giving in when someone wants to go out to dinner, or I see something in the grocery store that I’m craving. I definitely had moments of weakness and I was faced with the days of beating yourself up afterwards. I learned to pick myself up and keep going because mistakes are mistakes and everyone makes them. Own them and learn from them.

What was the best thing about your journey with team bunny? Working with Jill! It’s surreal to think that I had Jill Bunny to coach me through this process. It was an unforgettable experience.

What was your favorite food? Quinoa, avocado, broccoli! Loved that combination. And of course I love oats!

What was your least Favorite food? Working on my relationship with white fish…. lol.

Tell us about you’re your daily life before the plan…. And your life now. I just have more structure I think. I am more determined to meet my goals. I know now what I am capable of and before, I think I doubted that it was possible. I have so far to go still but I know that I can do it.

Was it everything you expected? Absolutely, couldn’t have had a better experience.

How did it feel to be apart of Team Bunny & have Jill Bunny as your coach? I think I answered this above! lol. It was amazing, the accountability is great. Having someone so accomplished, experienced and inspiring made me feel confident and comfortable with the steps that were taken with my transformation.

When you were finished your 12 week transformation, what did you do? Made photo collages :) lol. I could not believe that this person was me! Yes, I still have significant amount of body fat to lose but I have made so many gains. Intellectually, mentally, educationally, physically… The progress will not stop.

What are your plans for the future with health and fitness? To continue on this journey, to set new goals, to become a better, healthier, fitter version of me! To set an example for others trying to set goals and do not believe that change is possible.

Any tips or advise for new team members wanting to join the transformation process? Don’t second guess it. Just do it. You are in great hands :)
