My Progressive Protein Pancake Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Progressive harmonized Protein Powder - Vanilla or chocolate flavour
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- Splash of almond milk
- 2 tbsp PB2
- Dash of Cinnamon Powder
- Progressive Organic Coconut oil
Method:
- Mix the protein powder, egg whites and almond milk together.
- Heat coconut oil or Pam cooking spray in a large non-stick frying pan over a low heat.
- Add 1-2tbsp of the pancake batter to form 9cm circles.
- Cook each pancake for about 1 minute, until it starts to bubbly lightly on the top and looks set
- Flip it over and cook the other side for 30 seconds, or until cooked through.
- the pancakes should be golden brown. If not, increase the heat a little.
- remove from the pan and keep warm. Repeat the process until all of the pancake batter has been used up.
- TO make the PB2 topping: Mix PB2 powder with water until desired consistency. Cover Pancake with PB2 and add a dash of cinnamon.
