Conditioning Workout
Coach Claudia’s Conditioning Workout
Perform each of the exercises below for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. After each set, rest for 1 minute and between each round, rest 2 minutes.
Round #1 – perform 4 sets
- Bosu Ball jumping side to side lunges
- Bosu Ball mountain climbers
- Bosu Ball push-ups
- Bosu Ball burpees
Round #2 – perform 4 sets
- TRX or bench single leg squats
- Box jumps
- TRX mountain climbers
Round #3 - perform 4 sets
- Resistance band duck walks
- Frog jumps
- Walking dumbbell lunges
Round #4 - perform 4 sets
- Ball slams
- Plank
- Ball leg curls
- V-ups
Now go get your sweat on!
Did this workout yesterday and it was AWESOME! I love using the bosu and the duck walks gave me a great booty burn...Definitely got my sweat on ;);)
