Claudia Scali is an OPA, IFBB Bikini Competitor. She recently finished off the 2014 season by qualifying and competing in both, the open and natural OPA Provincial shows as well as placing top 10 in the Inside Fitness Model Search.

She will now be aiming to compete at a National level in the 2015 season. She currently works as an Oral Health CareSales Rep.Throughout the past 2 years,

Claudia has placed top 5 in five fitness competitions and was a top 20 finalist for Miss Universe Canada. She is also a published model in the Panoram Italia Magazine, the Miss Universe Canada calendar, and CFL Toronto Argonauts calendar. Claudia is passionate about fitness and nutrition.

Her mission is to inspire and motivate people of all ages, abilities and body types to pursue their dreams and believe that anything is possible. She does this through sharing her story, struggles and success. Claudia’s goal is to constantly strive for progress and achieve her dreams. She wants to change the lives of others through health and fitness.

SUCCESS Beyond the Stage: Nikki McKnight

You could say that it all started with a trip to Disney World in Florida a few years ago. The photos from that vacation made me face a very harsh reality: in my pursuit of career excellence I had neglected to take care of myself. I was overweight, tired, stressed, and woke every day with a sense of dread.  After entering and winning an online transformation challenge I decided to take it one step further and try competitive bodybuilding. With the love and support of Jill Bunny and my teammates, I tackled the bikini stage and competed in Toronto. It was a great experience and I was looking forward to doing another show when my body rebelled against me. Although I had challenged myself mentally and physically and felt a sense of triumph, I was still living a stressful and unfulfilling lifestyle. Author: Coach Claudia Scali Monday mornings can be hectic and stressful as your try to get up early, rush out the door and fight your way through traffic to get to work on time.  Not to mention, dropping off the dry cleaning, preparing healthy meals for the week, driving your kids to their various activities and the list goes on! There are so many expectations we set for Mondays that they can be extremely overwhelming! We want to start the day early,  eat healthy , go to the gym, prepare a presentation at work, be super mom, and finish a million different tasks! We want it all but how do we achieve it without  burning ourselves out ? You need to take care of YOU first and foremost .  You are hardly accomplishing any task when you are tired, run down, stressed out and totally fried!
